Kitten was in the trap, but not far enough to set it off. I think I wanted to scream and die at the same time (scream from anticipation, die from anxiety)
Well...maybe tomorrow will be luckier. Start the food trail farther back.
God...I hate when it's so close. I wanted to shuck something at the trap so it would go off. Likely I'd miss and hit my car instead. (and I wouldn't have been able to open the window with my kitties sitting on top of me...let alone, without the kitten hearing me.
