What was I thinking?

I now have two kitties who have such...Tortie personalities.

Phoebe Layne is the first to wake me up. I get up, put food out...clean litter boxes (blindly I might add) and then go back to bed (after I take care of my own bathroom habits)
Phoebe Layne thinks it is great fun to pounce and wrestle my legs (mind you, I am not initiating this, I lay prone and half-asleep thinking....oh...great...zZzZzzzzzzzz....)

Then she gets up in my face, licks my nose and then my eyelid. That...wasn't really pleasant? I love the texture of kitty tongues, but I guess my eyelid is too thin.

Then later I feel pawing. I'm dazed, confused, and not sure who is doing it (because I'm pretty blind) and I was so tired; Cordelia finally came in to 'wake me up'...she likes to paw the covers. Usually she'd come underneath but I think it's too soon yet to go back to our old patterns. (well, she came under the blanket on the couch with me ^_^)

Two kitties dashing though the apartment...I think by the end of the week they will be playing together or on the verge of a breakthrough.

I do appreciate the coffee time I've now created.
